Job Title: Co-Production and Voice of Young People Co-ordinator

Location: Dudley

Rates: £300 per day (Umbrella)

Contract: Part time, 3 days a week.

Job Purpose:

• Lead the development of sustainable participation arrangements for children and young people with SEND
• Establish and coordinate the SEND Young People's Forum with strong governance, safeguarding, and inclusive engagement
• Embed a system‑wide participation framework ensuring CYP voice influences decision‑making, service design, and improvement
• Strengthen co‑production practice across the SEND partnership so feedback from children, young people, and families consistently informs service development
• Support the creation of sustainable structures and forums that enable ongoing co‑production across the system
