Connect2Dudley's 2025 Review: Celebrating our Achievements

2025 has been a year defined by recognition, growth, and meaningful connections. Connect2Dudley’s teams have continued to strengthen our impact within public and third sector recruitment, staying true to our purpose of supporting Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council, our communities, and especially our candidates.

Awards and Recognition

Across the group, we were proud to be shortlisted for the Recruiter Awards for Best Public/Third Sector Recruitment Agency and to be finalists at the British Recruitment Awards. Helen Archer-Lock was recognised in the Leader of the Year (Agency) category, and Commercial Services Group was a finalist for Public/Third Sector Recruitment Agency of the Year. Connect2Dudley was also recognised within the team, with Tolu Samuel, both internally and externally, receiving the Top Growth Percentage award at our internal Recruitment Awards, and being a finalist at the British Recruitment Awards for Rising Star (Agency). These accomplishments reflect the dedication, expertise, and impact of our team. Once again, a huge well done to Tolu as well.
