Refuse Loader - Dudley Council
Opportunity to work for Dudley Council is on temporary ongoing basis for their Refuse Department.
Job Duties:
- Collect refuse from residential and commercial locations according to scheduled routes.
- Load and unload waste materials efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Safe operation of the bin lift and other equipment on the vehicle.
- Refuse collection
- Picking and collecting waste and garbage
- Separating collected materials that should be recycled
- Emptying garbage trucks that has been filled
- Crushing/ garbage refuse collected
- Following Health & Safety guidelines Successfully following instructions
Working Hours:
07:00-15:00
05:45-13:45
06:00-14:00
The right candidate has to be flexible to work all shift patterns across both locations.
This role involves manual lifting as well as long distance walking for around 10miles a day.
